Warranty

Our mission is that your effect is always working, in the event that the damage is contemplated in the time and terms of the guarantee (see guarantee), Matero will be responsible for the cost of the repair. But if for those things that happens in life, you plugged it into an incorrect power supply, it got wet or a truck ran into it (for instance), get in touch with us, everything has a solution, and the costs will be the best and you go to have the job guaranteed by us.

Garrantee

Through this commercial guarantee, Matero Electronics Llc (Matero) guarantees the product against possible defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase.
If during this warranty period the product (on the original date of purchase) were to have defects in materials or workmanship, Matero will repair or replace (at Matero's discretion) THE PRODUCT OR ITS DEFECTIVE PARTS, UNDER THE CONDITIONS specified below and no charge for labor or parts. Matero may replace defective components or products with new or recycled ones.

Terms:
1. This warranty will be valid only when it is presented with the original invoice or proof of purchase (indicating the date of purchase, model and the name of the distributor) together with the defective product during the period covered by the warranty.
2. This guarantee does not cover transportation costs or risks derived from the transportation of your product to and from Matero.
3. This warranty does not cover any of the following:
 1. Periodic maintenance and repair by third parties not belonging to Matero.
 2. Damages or defects derived from the improper use, operation or treatment of the product and not due to normal use of the product.
 3. Repairs carried out or attempted repairs by third parties not belonging to Matero. The only obligation on the part of Matero in relation to this guarantee is to repair or replace the products subject to the terms of this guarantee. Matero is not responsible for loss or damage of products, services, this guarantee or others, including economic loss or non-evaluable damages; the price paid for the product; loss of profits, income, information, usufruct or use of the product or associated products or loss or indirect, accidental or critical damage.
